The Shun Nagare Black slicing knife is a top-class meat knife suitable for cutting and carving ham, meat and roasts. The blade of the Nagare Black slicing knife is manufactured using a complex forging process, in which two types of steel (VG-10 and VG-2) are forged into a steel with a hardness of 61 HRC.
The elaborate layering gives the blade of the Nagare Black slicing knife its radiating blade pattern. The ergonomically shaped and black-coloured handle of the Nagare Black slicing knife fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its soft, rounded lines.
