The compact triangle julienne slicer cuts vegetables into julienne strips and slices with ease and precision for salads, antipasti, soups and wok dishes. The julienne slicer comes with three interchangeable inserts for 1.5 x 1.5 mm fine vegetable strips, 2.5 x 2.5 mm strips and 2 mm thick slices.
The julienne slicer has extremely sharp blades made of hardened, stainless blade steel. The frame of the julienne slicer is made of high-quality polypropylene with 35% plant fibre content (wheat straw). The dishwasher-safe julienne slicer is equipped with a food holder.
