Herb cutter

Before cutting the herbs with a herb cutter do wash and drain the herbs; never cut the herbs when they are moist. Herbs should only be cut with the herb cutter on a wet board; otherwise they loose their flavour and their sap. Spices should preferably be used as a whole and only be crushed or grinded in the mortar during the preparation process.
